Day - 1 : Dimapur Arrival - Benreu
At arrival, our drive will receive at Dimapur airport/railway station and move to Benreu which takes approximately 4 hours drive. En route visit Peletkie Village where you can see locally made salt.Overnight at Homestay
Day - 2 : Benreu - Khonoma
After breakfast, we will explore the small village of Dzuleke which is fully surrounded by nature on all sides. Later we shall drive and walk to Khonoma village, enroute stop to see the state animal Mithun and offer salt to them, as they are really fond of it! On arrival to Khonoma village we shall be introduced to your host family followed by lunch. Later explore Khonoma the first green village of the country, come across ceremonial gates, fort, age-group houses, meet local craftsmen, etc. Overnight Village Homestay
Day - 3 : Khonoma - Kohima
Morning after breakfast we shall go on a legendary walk (easy) and Nature walk if you have the zeal of continuing the walk and picnic lunch in the beautiful terrace field. Later drive to Kohima for overnight. Overnight Hotel
Day - 4 : Explore Kohima
After breakfast sightseeing in and around Kohima. Visit the war cemetery where thousands lie remembered fighting for the Battle of Kohima during the World War II. Spend time exploring the local markets. Visit Kigwema village. Overnight Hotel
Day - 5 : Kohima - Dimapur ( Tour End )
After breakfast, check out and drive to Dimapur for your return Flight/Train.
